DEPUTY STORE MANAGER

As a Deputy Store Manager you will be the main support for the Store Manager and together you will manage the day-to-day operations of your store. One of your responsibilities as Deputy Store Manager will be to follow up on key figures and ensure that you and your team reach the store's sales targets. In addition, you will work to maximize the store's sales potential through the implementation of campaigns, concept updates and good use of various sales tools.

Being a Deputy Store Manager also means leading by example therefore a large part of the Deputy Store Manager job will be to motivate, train and develop your colleagues, ensuring that you will always have the strongest sales team. Your everyday life will be primarily out on the floor, so you have the opportunity to drive sales and motivate your colleagues to constantly provide excellent customer experiences.

At the same time, it is your role as Deputy Store Manager to step in when the store's Store Manager is absent and to plan, delegate and follow up on the various tasks in your store.
