In May 2018, Zoran transitioned to the Helpdesk team, supporting Croatia, Slovenian, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, and later, from May 2018 to November 2020, he worked as a Customer Service Supporter for Croatia. This period within JYSK's Customer Service department proved to be an incredibly dynamic and valuable experience that significantly refined and sharpened his professional skills. Over more than two and a half years, he cultivated a wide range of competencies, including multitasking and customer relationship management (CRM), while also enhancing his knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, and Puzzel.
Zoran particularly recalls the challenging lockdown period when all stores were closed, and all customer communication channelled through Customer Service. Despite a significant increase in calls and emails, the team's clear strategies and strong collaborative spirit enabled them to maintain a high level of service. This experience underscored the importance of adaptability and teamwork, skills that continue to benefit him in his current role. He found the CSC team to be fantastic, characterized by a consistently positive and motivating atmosphere that made each workday engaging and inspiring.
The knowledge and skills Zoran acquired in the CSC have proven invaluable in his current position as a B2B Sales Consultant for JYSK Croatia. He had the privilege of supporting the launch of the B2B department in Croatia and later in Bosnia and Herzegovina. As a Salesforce Administrator and Puzzel Superuser, now he also provides technical support to B2B teams across the entire JYSK organization, especially during their early development stages. This demonstrates how the experience gained within the CSC has equipped him with the technical and customer-centric skills necessary to excel in a B2B sales environment and contribute to the broader organizational success.
Looking towards the future, Zoran believes that the possibilities within JYSK are limitless, drawing from his own journey of diverse experiences and continuous growth over the past 12 years. His progression from Sales Assistant to B2B Sales Consultant, with a crucial period spent developing key skills within the CSC, highlights the potential for internal career advancement within JYSK.
