What key skills and experiences did you gain in the Customer Service Center (CSC) that helped you in your HR career?
In Customer Service, ensuring the satisfaction of colleagues is just as critical as ensuring customer satisfaction. In such a fast-paced and challenging work environment, it was a major task to find the right balance—one where colleagues feel good, face enough challenges, but don’t feel overwhelmed in their daily work. This experience greatly helped me understand the challenges faced by colleagues working in different parts of the country and gave me the ability to provide valuable advice to those who feel stuck in their careers.

What advice would you give to CSC colleagues considering a career move to another department?
Stay open-minded, be curious, and don’t be afraid to try something new. JYSK has created a supportive environment where it is worth exploring new opportunities and striving to improve ourselves.
