As Deputy store manager (DSM) you will be responsible and oversee the total operational activity within the store under and alongside the Store manager, The role is highly KPI driven and good to great experience is required in delivering strong numbers within these.
The brand is dedicated to delivering the best possible customer experience and you will be a huge part in the execution, This means challenging and driving the team to secure high standards across the sales floor from replenishment operations to concept and merchandising updates continually throughout the year.
two large transitional events in the yearly calendar will mean a full change of the store in and out of peak season to showcase the very best products at a high standard to out customers.
A small team of 8 currently will be guided by you to achieve the above goals, This is a physically demanding job role for the new candidate are we are predominantly selling furniture pieces which is a huge % of our stores turnover.
