Store Manager Job description

Reporting to the District Manager (DM), the Store Manager (SM) is the daily manager in the Store. Responsibilities and tasks can and must be delegated to other store staff, but the Store Manager will always resume full responsibility for the store.

Contract is 40hrs + any needs of the business

Salary £31,000.00 + Bonus potential which is very achievable within this location if the store KPIs are managed within targets.

Store team size (if no vacancies) is around 9
