As a Customer Service Supporter you will be responsible for providing world class customer service for JYSK customers. The work is very fast paced. You will respond to our customers' needs regarding products, orders and purchases. This is via email, telephone, social media, and web chat.
In addition to customer service, you do active and goal-oriented sales work. You help our customers find the right products for them. We do not contact the customers themselves, but we naturally sell the highest quality products and additional products that meet their needs. As part of UK's best customer service, you can also handle complaints. You won’t scare even the most challenging customers, but you’ll find a solution to their problem and turn a nasty customer experience into a positive one. You boldly take responsibility and are able to make independent decisions.
